MediaWorks has appointed Rachel Lorimer as publicity manager, replacing Nicole Wood. Lorimer (rlorimer@mediaworks.co.nz) is an experienced publicist who’s previously filled senior roles at MediaWorks, TVNZ and South Pacific Pictures. For the past five years she’s worked as an independent contractor, most recently managing publicity for the Auckland Arts Festival. “I really enjoyed working with Rachel at TVNZ, and I’m confident she will build on the momentus created by Nicole over the last four years,” said MediaWorks ceo Jason Paris.
