Time is running out to register for the CAANZ How To Write An Award Winning Entry workshop; an opportunity for agencies to gain a competitive edge in the 2012 Media Awards.
Led by Andrew Reinholds, Managing Partner of OMD, and Guy Cousins, Strategic Planning Director at SparkPHD, the two hour workshop will be crucial in teaching writers how to shape their entries to suit the recent changes introduced to the Media Awards programme.
The workshop will be held from 9am-11am, Thursday 9 February at The Media Design School in central Auckland.
Paul Head, CAANZ CEO, says he strongly recommends that agencies consider sending a representative from their award entries writing team along. “It’s not a sure-fire win, but it will definitely give your agency a competitive advantage in ensuring your campaigns are presented in the best possible light” he says.
Reinholds & Cousins will talk participants through the new awards process and entries template, provide practical advice and examples, and help participants understand what the judges will be looking for.
Both have been pivotal players in the overhaul of the awards, and have each written their share of successful award entries.
