Former DDB Auckland copywriter Joe Hawkins (Cadbury Share the Joy, 2011) has been appointed Associate CD at McCann Sydney. Hawkins is an Australian who spent four years (2007-2011) at DDB Auckland before moving to R/GA Singapore. In Sydney, his boss is CD Oliver Maissey, who’s ex NZ agencies M&C Saatchi, DraftFCB, and GeneratorBates.
